Like other apps by Auryn, Hooray For Pre-K allows users to choose between Read To Me, Autoplay, or Read Myself modes.
Perfect for those long car rides, Autoplay mode plays the story’s narration and even turns the page. In Read To Me Mode, users can listen to the story while text is highlighted and swipe to turn the page.
While there is no narration in Read Myself mode, users can tap on a word to hear it. The text is appropriate for the 3-5 year-old age range and is easy to follow.
Interaction with the words is not distracting and teaches kids key vocabulary words and pre-reading skills
A neat feature in Hooray for Pre-K is the ability to record custom narration with the story. Imagine a child’s anxieties being eased by mom or dad’s voice.
