Zombie games have been done time and time again, but few really can capture attention like Chillingo’s latest addition to their library Zombie Wonderland 2. This game goes by the motto of, “shoot first, mop later…” and that’s exactly what players can expect to do in this funny, exciting zombie survival game!

In this sequel to the popular Zombie Wonderland, players are again controlling Chuck as he travels through time to slay an endless horde of zombies in an attempt to create the best zombie killing weapon. The basics of the gameplay include guarding an objective with guns, wooden planks, traps, turrets and mops (because no one likes zombie goo).

Chillingo succeeds in creating one of the most exciting zombie survival games in recent memory, the game includes a memorable art style with silly dialogue that makes mowing down hordes of zombies very exciting. Additionally with a whole arsenal of new ammunition that makes zombie hunting exciting. For example, a Medusa round can turn enemies to stone, while The Bouncer bounces about hitting multiple enemies.

Of course cleanup is very important; if a zombie gets into the room (and they will) players need to mop up whatever mess they leave behind. This is a unique gameplay mechanic that has gamers performing a balancing act between tasks The variety of undead also makes for an exciting game with unusual ninja, Viking and sumo wrestling zombies!

 

The time travel aspect of Zombie Wonderland 2 is exciting and leads to a collaboration of new content in the forms of enemies, ammunitions and environments. At only $0.99 at this time, The game exceeds expectations in nearly all respects  Zombie Wonderland 2 is a must buy for any and every zombie survival game fan out there. Just make sure you don’t forget to clean up any of the zombie goo off the floor as Chuck and his shotgun “Betsy” blow an endless horde of zombies to pieces one zombie at a time!
